Hi everyone!
I encounter a funny problem.
While recording the CBCACONH spectra, the Calpha atoms are low field shifted, whereas the Cb atoms are high field shifted, relative to the CACBNH.
The CACBNH spectra is looking very reasonable.
I guess it is induced by the gradient pulses utilized in my CBCACONH spectra.
If you have any guess what is going on, please tell me.
And by the way I am using G4.256 pulse and G3.256 pulse for the shaped pulses in the Carbon frequency.
Further more to solve this problem I did this measurements on my ubiquitin standard, so measurements should be nice and easy.....

ciao
