Try ProFunc from Janet Thornton's group

"It uses both sequence- and structure-based methods to try to provide clues as the the protein's likely or possible function. Often, where one method fails to provide any functional insight another may be more helpful."

Recent contributions from solid-state NMR to the understanding of membrane protein structure and function. Curr Opin Chem Biol. 2011 Aug 19; Authors: Judge PJ, Watts A Abstract The plasma membrane functions as a semi-permeable barrier, defining the interior (or cytoplasm) of an individual cell. Detailed, superficial approach to finding new drugs
Detailed, superficial approach to finding new drugs An international team has used NMR spectroscopy to study neglected regions of key cell-surface proteins. They have found that these regions undergo minute conformational changes in response to drugs, a finding that could ultimately prove useful in the design of new drugs for a range of diseases.
