Instructions about PECAN input files

Info from the PECAN website:
  • PECAN offers a new approach to secondary structure identification that achieves excellent results.
  • PECAN is a component in a suite of tools for high-throughput structure determination using NMR.
  • PECAN with extended laboratory management functionality will be available through the SESAME software.
  • PECAN currently achieves better than 90% correct secondary structure identification for well-defined regions.
  • NOTE: Input file format is NMR-STAR format. Secondary structure identification results are returned online.
  • A service offered by the National Magnetic Resonance Facility at Madison.
