Default Unanswered: Riddle: Gaps in the coverage of Journal of Biomolecular NMR by pubmed

Who can solve the riddle. What is the reason for the gaps in the coverage of Journal of Biomolecular NMR by pubmed. E.g., Journal of Biomolecular NMR 7 (3), 207-213 seems to be missing. Why?

Best regards,

Christian

Hi Chris,

A bug in their script, may be?

If you complain, they may be able to fix it.

You can post any kind of info about GARANT on BioNMR to make more people aware about it.

You may also want to consider placing articles about GARANT on NMRWiki, NMR 2.0 Wiki ( Wiki ), and Wikipedia to try to repair the damage that Pubmed did to the citation index of the GARANT paper.

Cheers,

Mark

Resolved: there is now a full coverage of J. Biomol. NMR in pubmed.

To find out more:
Christian Bartels: What was added when to pubmed?

Best regards,

Christian

Journal club: recombinant RNA expression (0 replies) Recently I was thinking about my RNA project and wishing that I could express RNA in bacteria as is typically done for recombinant proteins. I looked at the July issue of Nature Methods to see a paper describing exactly the technology I was imagining. The authors created plasmids which allow the fusion of a target RNA sequence to a tRNA scaffold which is authenically processed by the cellular machinery and protected from degradation by the intrinsic stability of the tRNA. The potential benefits of this technology for NMR of RNA...
