Default Unanswered: Integrating peaks in 2D NMR

Hi,

I want to integrate only say x% of peak height of a given peak. We don't want to go to base level and let noise or neighbouring peak interfere with our peak volume. Can anyone help me if this can be done in some software like Topspin/Xeasy etc

Thanks

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] Integrating 13C spectra
Integrating 13C spectra In a normal fully decoupled carbon experiment, can you integrate equivalent carbons? In other words , do all CH3's get the same signal enhancement so that you could integrate CH3's comparatively? I imaginable that the issue is still that T1 relaxation would make this still impossible. How about with Cr(acac)3 added? Could you then integrate equivalent carbons? I understand that you can set up an experiment specifically for integrating carbon spectra, but I'm trying to see if you can get any integration data from a typical decoupled carbon NMR.

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] negative NMR peaks
negative NMR peaks I am very new to NMR and have little experience of it. However I am trying to use it to determine the composition of a mixture. A spectra which I have just obtained contains negative peaks which are giving me incorrect inegrals. What would cause this? and is there any way to correct it? I can't find much in literature regarding this. Thanks for your help Dean

[NMR analysis blog] Riding up the peaks …
Riding up the peaks … … around the Pyrenees. NMR peaks are not the only ones that interest us in Mestrelab, we also love the Cols in the Tour de France, and I have some proof :-) : http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_-MfflvAgRls/TE68R9s8slI/AAAAAAAAAnE/kcXdrIJZeFo/s400/Tour1.jpg Quoting a friend of mine: I had never seen the Yellow Jersey before. It is a bit surprising that the competitors would fight so hard for the right to wear it :-) Even though I’m not a great fan of Lance Armstrong, I reckon he has incredibly popularized cycling in the US. [NMR analysis blog] On integrating overlapped peaks
On integrating overlapped peaks Following up from the integration problem raised in my previous post and before I delve into Line Fitting, I would like to give you a quick update on some progress we have recently done in Mnova to facilitate the accurate integration of peaks in those cases in which a multiplet is contaminated by one or several extraneous peaks (e.g. a solvent peak). Consider the following spectrum predicted using NMRPredict Desktop http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_-MfflvAgRls/S08KOThgdBI/AAAAAAAAAkU/RsKSptjbJ1g/s400/Integration1.jpg As expected (this is a perfect synthetic...
