Default Unanswered: H1-C13 T1 and T2 measurement Bruker

Hello,
does anyone have the pulse sequences for measuring H1-C13 T1 and T2 relaxation implemented on a Bruker DRX 500 or 800 MHz spectrometer?
Thanks in advance
