I have determined a polypeptide soluiton structure in aqueous environment, and now I want to get its conforamtion in the hexafluoroisopropanol. However, resonance only occurs in the noesy spectrum, while there is few peaks in the tocsy. What's problem? Please help me, I'm very anxious about it.
