Default window resizing issues with nmrDraw on Ubuntu 12.04

window resizing issues with nmrDraw on Ubuntu 12.04

Hi all,

I upgraded to Ubuntu 12.04 and reinstalled nmrpipe. Everything works well - except that when I resize the nmrDraw window (to fit multiple windows on a screen), the moment I move the cursor to some other window or even a terminal, the nmrdraw window regains its full height (the width remains what i set it to manually). Any ideas/solutions as to what I can do ?

Thanks,Kaustubh.

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] edasp window for 1H/19F double resonance experiment
edasp window for 1H/19F double resonance experiment Hello to all, This time I am having problem with doing a double resonance experiment. The final goal is to do 1H/19F-HOESY, but I am confused in the edasp window:http://dl.dropbox.com/u/12535433/04.JPG I remember I was doing 1H/13C heteronuclear shift correlation experiments before. I think for 13C it uses X-transmitter(!) and x100W amplifier. A normal 1D-19F works fine (H50W-X-XBB).It is a NMR300 and a QNP probe. Thanks is advance,Amin Check if somebody has answered this question on NMRWiki QA forum

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] Correct mathematical formulas of the important window functions
Correct mathematical formulas of the important window functions Hi, regarding my C++/Qt NMR processing application (see http://qa.nmrwiki.org/question/149/problem-reading-and-transforming-vendor-data-using-cqt or http://cutenmr.sourceforge.net/) I have a question concerning the window functions. I did research in the literature but could not find the "correct" mathematical formulas of the important window functions (exponential, gaussian, sine, sine squared, TRAF). For the gaussian function I found: exp(-(t*LB)^2)

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] VnmrJ 2.2D on Ubuntu 10.04
VnmrJ 2.2D on Ubuntu 10.04 Dear all, I was wondering whether someone managed to install the VnmrJ software of Varian (2.2 D) on a Ubuntu based system (Ubuntu 10.04). Varian recommends installing it only on Linux Red Hat Enterprise and this installations indeed worked. However, my own PC runs on Ubuntu 10.04 and I was wondering whether it is possible to install VnmrJ on Ubuntu. Many thanks! Tom
