Macro available that can determine the standard deviation of the spectral noise for a many similar 2D spectra

Hi !

I need a macro that can determine the standard deviation of the spectral noise for a manysimilar 2D spectra.

I have 75 spectra obtained for an R1-rho experiment. Each spectra has an alteration for either of the varian parameter:deltadof2, dpwr2slock or ncyc.

I use NMRPipe seriesTab to acquire the peak height for each spectrum.I use relax (http://nmr-relax.com) to perform the analysis.

As an estimator of peak height error, relax either accepts the specification ofreplicated spectra or the background noise RMSD.I don't have replicated spectra, and I need to acquire the RMSD for each spectrum.

The RMSD i can get in sparky by:http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/home/sparky/...ews.html#Noise ORhttp://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/home/sparky/manual/extensions.html#RegionRMSD

Does anyone know, if there exist a macro to sparky or NMRDraw, that accept a .ft2 or .ucsf files, and output the RMSD noise?

This is to prevent, that I manually should open 75 files :-)

Thanks!
