J Biomol NMR. 2000 Jan;16(1):47-58 Authors: Sprangers R, Bottomley MJ, Linge JP, Schultz J, Nilges M, Sattler M Cross-correlated relaxation rates involving the Calpha-Halpha dipolar interaction and the carbonyl (C') chemical shift anisotropy (CSA) have been measured using two complementary 3D experiments. We show that the protein backbone angle psi can be directly refined...

The NMR angle on troponin C. Related Articles The NMR angle on troponin C. Biochem Cell Biol. 1998;76(2-3):302-12 Authors: Gagné SM, Li MX, McKay RT, Sykes BD The calcium-induced structural changes in the skeletal muscle regulatory protein troponin C involve a transition from a closed to an open structure with the concomitant exposure of a large hydrophobic interaction site for target proteins. NMR solution structural studies have served to define this conformational change and elucidate the mechanism of the linkage between calcium binding and...

NOESY signals and chi2 dihedral angle
Hello out there! I have a question about the intensity of NOESY correlation signals and the chi2 dihedral angle. The more intense the NOE signals are, the closer the distance between the two nuclei, right? So, if two beta protons have close to the same NOE intensity on the NOESY, which can be described as medium intensity, what does that say about the conformation around the chi2 dihedral angle.........?
