Default 1h detected 3d in solids

1h detected 3d in solids

I am trying to set up a 3d 1h detected exp in solid.working on 700 MHz spectrometer, with a 3.2 mm probe.normal zg on 13c, is good ( so sample is fine).the problem occurs that i have two cp( cross polarisation) transfers steps in my 3d exp, I am not able to get 1D 1H signal out of 3d exp.the exp with the cp works well on 600 MHz spectrometer though.is it a probe problem or a magnetic field inhomogeneity?any clue will be appreciated.

[U. of Ottawa NMR Facility Blog] Exact Simulaion of Quadrupolar Lineshapes in Solids
Exact Simulaion of Quadrupolar Lineshapes in Solids The NMR spectra for quadrupolar nuclei in solids contain a great deal of structural information. The evaluation of quadrupolar coupling constants, asymmetry parameters, isotropic chemical shifts, chemical shift spans, chemical shift skews and the angles relating the electric field gradient tensor to the chemical shift tensor is typically done by simulating the NMR spectrum with suitable software and fitting the simulated spectrum to the experimental data. Almost always, the spectra of quadrupolar nuclei in solids have been simulated...

Ergodicity and efficiency of cross-polarization in NMR of static solids.
Ergodicity and efficiency of cross-polarization in NMR of static solids. Ergodicity and efficiency of cross-polarization in NMR of static solids. J Magn Reson. 2011 Apr;209(2):161-6 Authors: Nevzorov AA Cross-polarization transfer is employed in virtually every solid-state NMR experiment to enhance magnetization of low-gamma spins. Theory and experiment is used to assess the magnitude of the final quasistationary magnetization amplitude. The many-body density matrix equation is solved for relatively large (up to N=14) spin systems without the...

[U. of Ottawa NMR Facility Blog] Hahn Echo for 11B Background Suppression in Solids
Hahn Echo for 11B Background Suppression in Solids Solids NMR probes often contain boron rich parts near the coil in which the sample resides. Boron nitride, in particular, is a material very commonly used. This can be very problematic if one wishes to collect 11B NMR data, in that a strong background signal may be observed. Even though these parts are not directly inside the coil with the sample, they do experience a small amount of rf from the coil and the coil does detect a 11B NMR signal from them. One simple way to avoid this problem is to use a Hahn echo to observe the 11B spectrum....

[U. of Ottawa NMR Facility Blog] Faster Relaxation Time Measurements in Solids
Faster Relaxation Time Measurements in Solids T1 relaxation times are typically measured with the inversion recovery technique. In this method the magnetization is inverted and its recovery is monitored as a function of time. For nuclei with long T1's, the measurements are very time consuming as a recycle delay of at least five times T1 must be used between scans. Typical T1's for 13C in the solid state range from several seconds to tens of minutes, so their direct measurement via the inversion recovery method could be prohibitively long. High resolution 13C solid state NMR spectra of...
