Abstract Experimental sensitivity remains a major drawback for the application of NMR spectroscopy to fragile and low concentrated biomolecular samples. Here we describe an efficient polarization enhancement mechanism in longitudinal-relaxation enhanced fast-pulsing triple-resonance experiments.
