DIFFERENTIATION AMONG DAIRY PRODUCTS BY COMBINATION OF FAST FIELD CYCLING NMR RELAXOMETRY DATA AND CHEMOMETRICS

A set of commercial milk and Sicilian cheeses was analysed by a combination of fast-field-cycling (FFC) NMR relaxometry and chemometrics.
