Biomolecular NMR Spectroscopist
 

Nymirum, an Ann Arbor, Michigan based start-up company is searching for a Research Scientist with expertise in solution biomolecular NMR spectroscopy. The position requires a Ph.D. in chemistry, biophysics or a related field.

The Research Scientist will primarily be involved in performing multi-dimensional NMR experiments and the development of new technologies for RNA structure and dynamics characterization as well as RNA-targeted drug discovery applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing and developing multidimensional NMR experiments for resonance assignments and structure/dynamics characterization. Experience in protein or nucleic acid structure determination, dynamics characterization, and biochemical sample preparation is also a plus but not required. We seek a highly self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills.
