Default Postdoctoral Position at The Scripps Research Institute (TSRI)

Here's another job taken from the ICMRBS website.

Quote:
Postdoctoral Position at The Scripps Research Institute (TSRI)
A postdoctoral position (NIH-funded) is available immediately for research into the solution structure and dynamics of the inhibitor of kappa-B-alpha (IκBα) and its interactions with nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB) using high-field NMR. Some of this work was recently published (Sue et al., J.Mol.Biol. 380, 917-931, 2008).

The position requires extensive skill in the preparation and handling of large proteins and protein complexes, as well as high-resolution NMR experience. Familiarity with labeling schemes and relaxation-optimized spectroscopy for use with large protein complexes would be an advantage. We are looking for a highly-motivated and creative individual to move this project into some innovative new directions.

Please send a CV (or bring one to the meeting) and have available the names and addresses of 3 references if you are interested. I will be conducting short interviews at the meeting with likely candidates.
