Default NMRpipe, bruk2pipe acquisition mode not corresponding?
Hi there,

I acquire a 30 residues peptides using 800M bruker spectrometer with DQD and TPPI acquisition modes. When I use these modes in NMRPipe bruk2pipe to convert the spectrum, it is not converted correctly. I think the acquisition modes in bruker are not corresponding with those in NMRpipe. Can you help with that?
